In an integrative psychiatry framework, medication can be an important tool — but never the only one. I work collaboratively to ensure your medication plan supports your goals while we address the underlying metabolic and physiologic drivers that influence mood, energy, and clarity.

My therapeutic approach draws from evidence-based frameworks including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mind-Body therapeutic interventions. While the methods vary, the process always begins with understanding your story—then applying practical, research-supported tools to help you recognize patterns, build insight, and create lasting change.

Coaching-Lifestyle & Transformation

Nurse coaching combines clinical insight with personalized, behavior-based support. By addressing nutrition, movement, sleep, stress physiology, and mindset through an evidence-based coaching model, I help you create the physiological and psychological conditions your brain needs to heal. The goal: fewer symptoms, greater clarity, and a renewed sense of agency over your health.

Functional & Genetic Testing

Functional testing offers a deeper look into how your body’s systems — metabolism, hormones, inflammation, gut health, and micronutrients — impact brain function and your mental health. When paired with pharmacogenomic (genetic) testing, we can better understand how your body metabolizes certain medications and nutrients. This allows for precision-based care: targeted interventions that are both safe and specific to your unique physiology.

Therapeutic Ketogenic Diet for Mental Health

Therapeutic nutrition is a powerful clinical tool in mental health. Under careful monitoring, we use evidence-based dietary interventions — including the therapeutic ketogenic diet for mental health — to help stabilize mood, improve metabolic efficiency, and reduce inflammation that impacts brain function.
